Personal Training

One-on-one coaching designed around your goals, history, and real life. Training emphasizes strength, movement quality, and sustainable progress—whether you’re returning from injury, building foundational strength, or training for performance.

P323: A Six-Month Training Foundation

P323 is a long-term training and health coaching experience built around the idea that strong foundations create steadier paths. When movement is well-founded and habits are intentionally supported, progress becomes more resilient and sustainable over time.

This six-month program combines individualized personal training with integrated health coaching to support strength, consistency, and confident forward momentum—without unnecessary setbacks. The focus is not short-term intensity, but building capacity that carries beyond the gym and into everyday life.

Consulting & Program Design

I work with gyms, organizations, and community programs to design systems that make training sustainable—operationally and financially. This work is grounded in real coaching experience and focuses on building clarity, structure, and long-term capacity.

Areas of Focus

  • Program creation and progression models

  • Small group training systems

  • Retention and onboarding strategy

  • Staff and leadership development

  • Workflow design and operational support

This may include working directly with coaches, instructors, or leadership teams to clarify roles, improve delivery, and build confidence in program execution.

My goal is not just to design programs, but to support the people responsible for delivering them.

Corporate Wellness

I partner with organizations to design and deliver corporate wellness programs that are evidence-based, realistic, and adaptable. Services may include direct program delivery, strategic design, or coordination with trusted partners when needs extend beyond my scope.
